BASIC
2 x 90 min birth preparation sessions: We get to know each other and talk about your and your partner’s wishes/expectations/concerns/dreams regarding the upcoming birth, the partner's role, and the doula's role.
- Learn about the physiological birth process/hormones/mother and baby’s cooperation.
- Learn relaxation and breathing techniques, beneficial daily exercises, what to do and not to do, massage, and good birthing positions.
- Nutrition, book tips, postpartum period.
Phone/email/chat support (outside of the on-call period): This also includes the birth partner’s questions and concerns.
On-call period 24/7: From week 38 until the baby is born!
Continuous Birth Support: The type of support each woman and family needs is individual and requires improvisational flexibility from my side. We will discuss in detail how you want my role to be during the birth preparation sessions. I stay with you throughout the entire birth process until the baby is born and you/you both feel safe, calm, and ready to rest—usually 2–4 hours after birth.
Postpartum Support: You/you both receive 2 hours of postpartum support/follow-up conversation within the first 14 days after birth. This session can be used to talk about your birth experience, breastfeeding support, or anything else you might need to discuss.
Price: NOK 32,000 Note: If you live more than 60 minutes away, travel costs and parking fees during the birth will be added.

Extended on-call period: 24/7 from week 37 until birth.
3-hour Birth Preparation Course: This is a practical and theoretical course for natural birth that will prepare you/you both emotionally and physically for birth and your journey into parenthood.
Topics we cover:
- How to support the mother during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
- The physiological process of birth and early signs of labor.
- Relaxation, breathing, and visualization techniques.
- Active and optimal positions for labor and movement.
- Natural pain relief.
- Breastfeeding.
- The 4th trimester.
2 hours of postpartum phone/Facetime support during the first weeks after birth.

Digital Doula
Do you live too far from me or can't find someone to support your home birth?
Then I can support you digitally or over the phone—both in preparation, during birth, and the immediate postpartum period if you wish. The most important thing is that you feel safe and supported during labor! It often helps to have someone to call, to ask questions, or just to have reassurance.
- Birth preparation conversations: Euro 105 first consultation, Euro 55 for follow up. NOK 1250 for the first, NOK 650 for follow-ups.
- Support around birth and early postpartum: Euro 425 - NOK 5000,-
- Package with three sessions and birth support: Euro 575 - NOK 6795,-
